Is MediMobile HIPPA Complaint?

Yes, MediMobile is HIPPA Complaint. We follow all HIPAA policies and procedures ensuring the safety and integrity of our customers’ data. All data on servers, handheld devices and backups are encrypted. Also, our production servers are housed in a secure facility.

How will using MediMobile increase my revenues?

Do I have to have a hospital or billing integration to use MediMobile?

No, Medimobile is designed to be used as a standalone solution or seamlessly integrated with 3rd party systems. You can manually enter patients through your web session or on the fly with your mobile device. You can also manually pull your bills and put them into a PDF to do with as you please.

Is integrating with my hospital or billing system easy to set up?

MediMobile has developed a proven Project Management and technical process for integrations. Typically, we complete migrations in fewer than two days based on the vendor we are integrating with. All we need is for you to request integration with your Hospital or Billing System Software vendor and we will do the rest. MediMobile doesn’t charge an integration setup fee.

At a lot of the hospitals and facilities where I round, I don’t get good cell service. Do I need to have cell service or Wi-Fi connectivity to use MediMobile?

No, you don’t need to be connected to Wi-Fi or have cell service to use MediMobile on your mobile device. MediMobile is downloaded to your device as an application. Users log in, round, enter charges on their mobile device and then “sync” their device to upload their data/bills. During this sync, you’ll also download updated information from our servers.

Why should I choose MediMobile over other charge capture solutions?

While other companies may have a charge capture product, they also have many other products that the try and sell you…in addition to the charge capture product. At Medimobile, we focus on charge capture and modules that assist you in capturing your charges…that’s it. We have a couple other tools that go along with charge capture (PCP Direct, Integration) but charge capture is our main focus. We also don’t charge for separate platforms, upgrades or support…once you are a customer of MediMobile, you can use all platforms (iPhone, web, BlackBerry, etc), receive upgrades and 24x7 support at no additional cost.
