Typical personnel using the Administrator Role: Business Office Administrators. Practice Managers. Person in charge of billing processes. Ability to: Add New users (for yourself and others). Add Patients to all Provider (for yourself and others). Operate Scheduling for all Provider (for yourself and others). Edit locations for all Provider (for yourself and others). Edit Codes for all Provider (for yourself and others). Run reports for all Provider (for yourself and others). Batch Bills (for yourself and others). Print Batched Bills (for yourself and others).

Provider The Provider roles is usually a physician or nurse practitioner who visits patients and creates bills.

Typical personnel using the Provider Role: Physicians. Nurse Practitioners. Ability to: Add Patients only to your list. Operate Scheduling only signed-on login ID. Edit locations for only signed-on login ID. Edit Codes for only signed-on login ID. Run reports for all Practitioners. Confirm bills for only signed-on login ID.

Billing The billing role is used for generating reports and submitting bills.
