PCP (Primary Care Physician) Direct, allows MediMobile providers to quickly and easily send patient updates to referring physicians with little to no data entry. MediMobile utilizes a predefined template (defined by you) and auto-fills all information from the patient record. Our providers then have the option to email or fax these notes either from their handheld device or the MediMobile website.

Standard notes include:

• Discharge Note

In the above example, all of the information was auto-filled from the patient record. The only typing required by the provider was comments in the “Additional Notes” field. All PCP Direct notes can be customized to fit your organizational needs.

Doctor A refers patient to Doctor B. Doctor B is a MediMobile user and performs service on the referred patient. When Doctor B completes visit, he or she creates a bill. Once the bill is completed, you select PCP Direct within the MediMobile system to send Discharge letter. PCP Direct auto populates referring doctor’s name, patient name, location, all procedures and diagnosis performed. Doctor B has option to enter specific notes into system. Once completed, Doctor B either faxes or emails letter to referring physician either from the MediMobile website or your mobile device. The complete process takes less than 7 seconds.
