Getting Started Wizard
Our Getting Started wizard assists all users during the setup and configuration of their MediMobile system. This intuitive wizard will walk you through configuring the system as well as a general tour of the system.

Training and reference videos
Web-enabled videos inclusively cover all areas of the web and mobile device. These videos are approximately 2 minutes in length so that they can be reviewed quickly at your convenience.

Knowledge Base
Each customer interaction is a learning experience. Given this, we document and compile our interactions with customers as they use our system. This allows us to ensure that MediMobile is operating at peak efficiency and also ensures that future versions or upgrades encompass features relevant and pertinent to our customer base. We continually review all documentation and offer applicable resolutions within our Knowledge Base for access by our customers.
