About Us

We’ve been simplifying healthcare for over 16 years.

The MediMobile Story

We started with the simple idea of creating a mobile solution to replace the notecards medical providers were using to capture charges and record data. The first version ran on Windows Mobile (Palm Pilot and Blackberry) and the web before the iPhone or Android platforms existed. In 2005, we redeveloped the MediMobile product, launching an enterprise-level charge capture solution focused on ease-of-use and decreasing provider’s time to bill. As word of mouth led to exponential growth, we introduced Analytics, Physician Scheduling, HIPAA-Compliant Messaging, and several robust features to complement our foundation of Charge Capture. This has allowed MediMobile to evolve into a true Revenue-Cycle Management software, while still remaining easy to use.

From inception, we have delivered the most advanced technology on the market, provided real customer support, and offered a scalable pricing model to our customers. Because of this, we have healthcare providers across the country, over a thousand hospital data integrations, and the best customer support in the industry. We are able to customize the product to accommodate all types of doctors, generate the most efficient work flow, and deliver true coding quality to enable providers to get paid for the work they do.

Create bills in real time at the point of service, quick and easy on your mobile phone or on the web if you prefer. Data exchange can occur anywhere. MediMobile puts the best medical software technology at your fingertips.
